Kathmandu and Pokhara are two of the most spiritually powerful and naturally breathtaking cities in Nepal. This carefully designed 7 Nights / 8 Days tour package takes you through ancient Hindu temples, sacred mountain shrines, and lush wildlife jungles that have been drawing pilgrims and travelers for thousands of years. Whether you are seeking divine blessings at Muktinath, peace beside Pokhara’s serene lake, or a thrilling jungle safari at Chitwan, this journey offers it all in a comfortable and well-organised way.

Starting with a sacred darshan at Pashupatinath Temple — one of the holiest Hindu shrines in the world — on the banks of the Bagmati River in Kathmandu, you will journey to Pokhara for stunning Himalayan views and a rare flight to the mountain village of Jomsom. From there, a scenic jeep ride takes you to the sacred Muktinath Temple for divine darshan. The tour then leads you to Chitwan National Park for elephant safari, canoeing, and bird watching before returning to Kathmandu for your departure.

Itinerary:

Every day of this tour is thoughtfully planned so you can experience the spiritual energy of Nepal’s holiest shrines and natural wonders without feeling rushed. From divine temple darshans to thrilling jungle safaris, here is exactly what your journey looks like.

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and get warmly transferred to your hotel by our office personnel. After check-in and short relaxation, visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple — a UNESCO World Heritage Site dedicated to Lord Pashupatinath, located on the holy banks of the Bagmati River, 5 km north-east of Kathmandu. Witness holy sadhus in prayer, explore the ancient temple complex of ashrams, shrines, and sacred inscriptions, and absorb the deeply spiritual atmosphere of Nepal's most revered Hindu shrine. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

🏨 Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Pokhara — 210 kms from Kathmandu, approximately 7 hours through beautiful Himalayan landscapes. En route, enjoy an optional visit to the Manakamana Temple — the revered Goddess of Fulfilling Wishes — accessible by a breathtaking 10-minute cable car ride. Alternatively, opt for an adventurous river rafting experience along the way. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check in to your hotel and enjoy stunning views of the Annapurna mountain range right from your room on a clear day.

🏨 Overnight at Hotel in Pokhara

After early breakfast, take a short scenic flight from Pokhara to Jomsom — a charming mountain village nestled in the Himalayas. Upon arrival, porters will carry your luggage to the hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the airport. Please note only 15 kg per adult and 7 kg per child is permitted on this sector. From Jomsom, walk 15–20 minutes across the Kali Gandaki River and take a shared jeep for a scenic but bumpy 1.5-hour drive to the sacred Muktinath Temple. Upon arrival, walk 30 minutes uphill to the temple for a deeply moving darshan. Return to Jomsom following the same route.

🏨 Overnight at Hotel in Jomsom

Take an early morning flight back to Pokhara and transfer to your hotel. This afternoon, visit the ancient Bindebasini Temple — one of Pokhara's oldest temples, home to Goddess Durga, offering serene peace and magnificent Himalayan views on clear days. Continue to Devi's Fall — also known as Patale Chango — a spectacular waterfall 2 km southwest of Pokhara, most dramatic during summer and monsoon season. Just opposite, explore the mysterious Gupteshwor Cave, famous for its stunning natural limestone formations. Note: photography is strictly prohibited inside the cave.
