Kedarnath and Badrinath are two of the most spiritually powerful shrines in the Himalayas. This carefully designed 5 Nights / 6 Days Do Dham Yatra package takes you through sacred mountain trails, ancient temples, and holy rivers that have been drawing devoted pilgrims for thousands of years.
Starting from the holy ghats of Haridwar, you will visit the mighty Kedarnath Temple — one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva — perched at 3,583 meters in the majestic Himalayas. The yatra then takes you to Badrinath Dham on the banks of the Alaknanda River, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. On your journey, you will pass through Rishikesh, Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Guptkashi, and Joshimath — each a sacred destination in its own right.
Every day of this yatra is thoughtfully planned so you experience the divine energy of Kedarnath and Badrinath without feeling rushed. From sacred morning darshans to peaceful Himalayan evenings, here is exactly what your journey looks like.
Depart from Haridwar and drive approximately 220 km to Guptkashi via Devprayag and Rudraprayag. Witness the breathtaking confluence of the holy Ganga and Alaknanda rivers along the route. On arrival, visit the sacred Ardh Narishwar Temple on the banks of the Mandakini River. Check into your hotel, freshen up, and rest. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
After breakfast, begin your Kedarnath experience. Perform pooja and darshan at the sacred Kedarnath Temple before returning.
By Helicopter: Transfer to the pre-booked helipad for Kedarnath darshan by helicopter. After darshan, return by helicopter to your hotel. (Helicopter tickets not included in package.)
By Trek: Driver drops you at Sonprayag. Take a shared jeep to Gaurikund and begin the 16–18 km trek to Kedarnath Temple. After darshan, return to Sonprayag where your driver awaits. Overnight at Guptkashi.
After morning pooja and breakfast, check out and return to Sonprayag. Your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point. Drive back to Guptkashi, check into your hotel, and rest. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
After breakfast, drive approximately 160 km to Badrinath Ji. Check into your hotel and enjoy leisure time. In the evening, take a holy dip in Tapt Kund and attend the divine evening aarti at Badrivishal Temple. Visit Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Charan Paduka, Bhimkund, and the source of the Saraswati River. Perform ancestral rituals at Brahmakapal if desired. Overnight at Badrinath.
After breakfast, drive through Joshimath to Rudraprayag. Begin with a visit to the famous Narsingh Temple in Joshimath. Enjoy stunning scenic views of mountains, valleys, and dense forests along the route. Check into your hotel upon arrival. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.
After breakfast, drive back to Haridwar via Rishikesh — the yoga capital of the world nestled in the Shivalik ranges of the Himalayas. Stop at the iconic Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula in Rishikesh before arriving at Haridwar, where your sacred Do Dham Yatra concludes with blessings.
